PLUCHARD (Pascal, David, Maurice), Entrepreneur. Born March 6, 1948 in Salon-de-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône). Son of Mr. André Pluchard, General Telecommunications Engineer, and of Mrs. Béatrice Montion.
Married in second marriage on December 10, 1981 to Miss Dominique Bouché (1 child: Sébastien and 3 children from his first marriage: Laurent, Virginie, Emmanuelle)


STUDIES : Saint-Gabriel College in Bagneux, Military Prytanee of La Flèche, Janson-de-Sailly high school and Paris-Dauphine University, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Higher Institute of Business (Isa), and Harvard Business School.

Diplomas: Master of Management, General Management (Brazil), Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Owner President Management from Harvard Business School (HBS).


CAREER : Chairman and founder of the Compagnie pour la Communication (CPC) group (1978-86), Chairman and founder of the Regional Administrative Group of Printers of the Region Centre (Gralc) (1980-86) and of the Cardboard Training Center in the Region Centre ( 1982-86), CEO and founder of Partenaires-Livres® (since 1986), President of the National Trade Union Chamber of Bookbinding, Brochure, Gilding (CSN RBD) (since 2007); President of the Cartonnage Syndicate in the Region Centre (1982-86), Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Bourges (1982-86), Administrator of the “Cercle de la Librairie” (since 2006). Author of works on the development strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe (1970-80).

HONORS : Knight of the Legion of Honor and of the National Order of Merit.
