Pascal PLUCHARD Chairman of the Board

From his childhood, Pascal Pluchard developed a passion for SME factories. During his studies at both Dauphine and HEC, he acquired a deep human experience by participating in the management of factories. He later completed his management training by graduating from the OPM of Harvard Business School. During his two years of MBA at HEC, he founded several companies. When he left Jouy-en-Josas he bought companies in difficulty and in 1978 he entered the Graphic Arts which he never left. 1986 was the year of the creation of Partenaires-Livres® Group. Pascal has always devoted part of his time to the “collective”.



Vincent BASTIEN   Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Vincent is a former student of the École Polytechnique (X 1967), of the Institut Superieur des Affaires (MBA HEC), he graduated from the Senior Executive Stanford Business School. He was CEO of Saint-Gobain Desjonquères and at the same time CEO of Etablissements Bastien. He then successfully became CEO of Louis Vuitton Malletier, CEO of Sanofi Beauté and Yves Saint Laurent Parfums, CEO of Lancel, CEO of Smart Valley, and CEO of Quebecor World Europe. Associate professor at HEC PARIS, he teaches luxury strategy in France and China in particular, he is the author of several books.



Sébastien PLUCHARD   President
Passionate about aviation from his childhood, Sébastien Pluchard began his training as an airline pilot in 2004 and at the same time graduated from SKEMA Business School before joining the Florida Institute of Technology and obtaining a double master's degree in aeronautical science and management. His French roots brought him back to Paris on several occasions for various development missions within the Aéroports de Paris and Air Corsica groups, before returning to the United States in 2011 where he joined The Private Jet Company group. He became their director of development and executive vice-president. His passion for entrepreneurship led him to step in and invest in various companies, and in 2018 he joined the Partners-Books® group and joined the prestigious Harvard University for their OPM Executive program.



Bernard TOMASINI Vice President

Graduated in law and economics from Rouen, Bernard Tomasini completed his studies in the USA and obtained an MBA from Houston University. President of companies in the private sector, elected Vice-President of the General Council of Eure, he married the prefectural career when Charles Pasqua called him to work with him as Deputy Head of his cabinet at the Ministry of the Interior, then as Head of cabinet when he chaired the RPR group in the French Senate and then again Minister of the Interior and Regional Planning.
Successively Governor of Orne, Cher, Ain, Charente Maritime, and Val de Marne, he ended his prefectural career as Governor of the Poitou Charente and Vienne regions before becoming the Advisor to the President of EDF. Currently Bernard is President of the Development Council of the Sophia-Antipolis Urban Community and enjoys his passion for sailing.



Philippe RIBOUD  Vice President
Leader of the French fencing in the 1980s, two times world champion, he participated in four Olympic Games during the editions of Montreal, Moscow, Los Angeles and Seoul and obtained six Olympic medals: he was captain and flag bearer in Seoul. of the French Olympic Games delegation. He then worked within the IOC and the Federation and intervened for the retraining and integration of high-level athletes after their sports career. Philippe is “Officier of the Legion d’Honneur”. Graduate of the Institut Français de Gestion and former student of the Institut Européen des Affaires, he reoriented his professional life in 2008 by creating CFA Conseil, a subsidiary of the Financière Duval group and positioned on strategy missions for sport equipment for the State Department and public collectivities.



Bertrand FAVREUL Advisor

As a young graduate, Bertrand Favreul was an international consultant at KPMG, Comex Seal and Armco, then moved to Portugal to manage radio Renascenca before becoming the CEO of Robert Laffont, Havas Régies, Avenir Group and then GLM. After this, he became CEO of the Albin Michel Group and successfully managed to organize his own succession. He is now Advisor to the Chairman and director of several companies which benefit from his experience. Big name in publishing, his definition of the profession of publisher is “A publisher is a businessman as we understood him in the 18th century; he is someone who knows his environment very well, who understands the currents of thought, which allows him to discover the vectors of notoriety of tomorrow but at the same time he is someone who has a sense of time and deadlines and who is a smart PLAYER”.



Wolfgang JOCHER Advisor

After technical and economic studies in post-war Germany, Wolfgang Jocher discovered in an American consulting company new approaches to finding high-skilled management staffing.
His love of France prompted him to do his internships in France rather than the United States in order to return to Germany to run a world-renowned family stationery. In the end, he developed a French company trading paper abroad, then created in France the sales office of the leading German group for the production of graphic paper, which already had numerous factories in Europe. Wolfgang Jocher is also an expert at the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce in Paris for the Franco-German economic council.



Paul TREMSAL Member

Born in 1949, son of the doctor and mayor of Tunis, Paul Tremsal belongs to a large family. Graduate with Masters in Economic Sciences in Nancy and lover of working life, he joined the HEC MBA at the same time as Pascal Pluchard in 1972.
Paul Tremsal is the founder, president and owner of the KS Services group, a large group specializing in outsourcing services.
Passionate about rugby since college, he managed to develop RC Orsay to bring the club to the success we all know in France. Paul is also a committed humanist, and presides over several educational and humanitarian associations.



Catherine SARCIA-ROCHE Secretary of the Board

Lawyer at the Paris Bar, trained and certified in private real estate law, she has developed an important activity in general private law, including the outsourcing of legal services for SMEs.
